Unfortunately, as we’ve mentioned, Bose has discontinued the Hearphones. But there are plenty of other popular over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids on the market that may fit your needs. Plus, Bose has announced that they plan to launch new hearing aids in the future,1 though we don’t know when they’ll debut.

Is the Bose hearphone compatible with Bluetooth?

Hearphones are also Bluetooth compatible, and capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth, but Bose currently does not offer a dedicated streaming device to help users get the sound from their non-Bluetooth-enabled audio devices.
