Are there any issues with the Denon avr-x1600h?

I recently purchased a Denon AVR-X1600H. I’m having three issues. Does anyone have any feedback on how to address them? 1) When I enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode, my receiver won’t show up on either my phone’s or my laptop’s bluetooth list.

Why does Denon AVR always turn on TV audio?

You can leave both ARC and HDMI Control turned on onboard more recent DEnon models and then use the TV AUDIO SWITCHING setting to prevent the receiver auto switching to the TV source at power up. THere’s no need to turn either the HDMI Control or the ARC setting off if not wanting this behaviour from the AVR.

Why is my Denon home theater amplifier blinking red?

If your Denon home theater amplifier is blinking red then shutting off, here’s a possible fix for you! Sorry for the shaky camera, I made this during an earthquake. LOL! Thank you for watching and please subscribe! Loading…

Can a AV receiver auto switch to arc?

The TV AUDIO SWITCHING setting prevents the receiver auto switching to the ARC source when the AV receiver detects the TV at power up, but you will however need to manually select the TV source if ever wanting to access audio from the TV using ARC.

Which is better Denon X1600 or X2700?

The X1600 with 80w should be adeuate for your speakers but the X2700 will be better with 95w. I think the X3700 is overkill with Q7000i but it will give you the option to add an integrated amp to drive the Front L&R speakers, if you later wish to do so.

What’s the difference between 1600 and 2700 AVR?

Some people say that apart from bit more power, there isn’t a big difference between 1600 and 2700, so it’s almost not worth making the step up and advise jumping straight to the 3700 or so. Again any thoughts? 1. Get a Premium Certified HDMI cable (actually 2) and replace Sky to AVR and AVR to TV.

Why is my Sky Box not working with my AVR?

If the Sky box is going straight into the AVR, the AVR will strip the audio out to process and amplify, while forwarding the video signal to the TV. As far as a one touch switch on/off etc is concerned, HDMI CEC is a rather blunt tool, and is probably at least partly responsible for your issues. A far smarter solution is to use a Harmony remote.
