Is there warranty on Bose Quiet Comfort headphones?

I have owned Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones since 2001. My experience is that if you are out of warranty, it is worth the $100 for the repair. They usually will send you a refurbished set identical to your current model. And it has a one year warranty on them.
