Can I play my CD player through Sonos?
Just plug in your CD player to Sonos Five’s line-in port with an audio cable, and you’re good to go. But for other Sonos speakers, you will need an additional device, either a Sonos Port or a Sonos Amp. Connect your CD player to the Port/Amp with an RCA audio cable.

It will depend on which BOSE Wave system you have. The Wave Radio has audio outputs that could connect to wireless speakers. I can’t tell from the pictures if all the units do. You should check the back of your BOSE unit and see if it has any red/white audio OUT connections. Some only have a headphone connection.
