No, you can’t. If a stereo signal is fed to one speaker, it will be summed to mono. However, a flat panel speaker can create a stereo sound, and they are technically 1 speaker. So, no but yes, depending on if you mean a single set of ‘drivers’ (bass and treble) or a flat panel stereo speaker.
