Do you need to replace Optima XM alarm panel?
You will definately at least need a new battery, there may be other problems though, your panel has a common problem that causes damage to the main circuit board, it may be best to employ the services of a local alarm engineer. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

How to activate the ADE Optima compact alarm system?
Enter a 4 digit user code and if required, select Program 2 or 3. Press Omit, the exit tone will stop and the zones that are about to be armed will be displayed. Key in the zone number (s) to be omitted which will flash to confirm selection.
