Why do I have trouble connecting to my HEOS speakers?

One thing: if you have trouble connecting with Heos speakers from the Heos App, check your wifi router. Mine defaulted to having Broadcast Filtering set on (ARP), and that prevents the Heos app from finding any Heos device on your network. Once I set Broadcast Filtering to “Off”, the app connected quickly and without problems.
