How do I fix Anynet+ device is not connected?
If Anynet+ does not work:
- Make sure the device supports Anynet+.
- Check the power cord and cable connections of the Anynet+ device.
- Make sure Anynet+ is turned on (Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)).

The only available sound option is through TV speakers or through analog RCA output. Tested out the Optical cable directly from STB to receiver and it is working fine.

Reset the soundbar. Reset the soundbar by powering it off and then pressing and holding the STOP button until it displays ‘ INIT OK ‘. Power on the soundbar, and then try pairing the soundbar to your TV again. Pair your soundbar with another Bluetooth device. If you are able to pair with another device, your soundbar is working correctly.
