How to fix network stuck on Denon AVR x2500h?

Reset the network module> holding “Zone2 + Ch+”, Unsuccessful. Factory Reset> holding “Dimmer + Zone2 Source”, Unsuccessful. Restore to Factory Firmware> Hold “Dimmer + Ch- and turn on with the power button” – Without success, the message “Restoring FW …” was stuck. (For default it takes approximately 15 minutes to restore complete)
