How do I reset my Integra receiver?
To do the reset you need to turn the receiver on, then on the front panel of the receiver press and hold the “VCR/DVR” button (second source button) while doing that press the “STANDBY/ON” button. You will see the word “Clear” in the display screen and the receiver will go into standby mode.
Why does my receiver click?
The circuitry inside an AVR is relatively sensitive, which can be both a benefit and a problem. The clicks and ticks could be caused by something as simple as the relay being stuck. All you need to do is lift your receiver up at the front by a small amount and then drop it.
Why is my DTR 40.1 receiver not working?
UPDATE! The DTR 40.1 is covered under an extended service plan for this issue. Seems that a part in the main amp board was faulty from their parts distributor. Call them and explain the problem, they will give you and RA number. Being that I installed this unit about 2 years ago, finding the recipt was not going to happen.
How old is the Integra DTR 40.1 video receiver?
I stopped by a friend’s HT to troubleshoot. He has an Integra DTR 40.1 receiver that is about 2yrs old. He said over the past few weeks, sometimes the sound would just stop working. Video works fine.
Why does my Integra DTR have no sound?
If out of warranty, have your friend “insist” politely and patiently that Integra tech support cover for damages. No reason after 2 – 3 years this “situation” should occur. I agree wholeheartedly, no sound…completely?
What to do if your TV has no sound?
Perform a power reset on the TV and audio system, as follows: Turn off the TV and the audio system. Disconnect the power cords (mains lead) and HDMI cord from both the TV and audio system. Leave it disconnected for about a minute.
