We can try with resetting the Soundbar….To power cycle the Soundbar and Subwoofer, perform these steps:

1. With the Soundbar and Subwoofer powered ON unplug the Soundbar and Subwoofer from the wall outlet.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug the Soundbar and Subwoofer back in.
4. Power it ON.
