Open the Sleep app and connect your Sleepbuds. On the main screen, tap the Settings gear icon and then scroll all the way down and tap the Forget Sleepbuds. The app will automatically start searching for your Sleepbuds again. Follow the app instructions to reconnect your Sleepbuds.
