How do you press OK on a printer?
I press OK once and then it says ‘USE TRAY 2 COLOURED A4’ so then I press OK again and one of the documents in the queue prints. I then have to double press OK to get the next document to print. However, I have checked all my printer options and ensured that they are all set correctly.
How do I cancel a print job without wasting tons of paper?
Cancel From Your Printer. If you are close to the printer, walk over to it and either cancel the job or pull out the paper. Most printers have a fairly obvious Cancel or Stop button on the front controls; pressing that button will quickly halt whatever print job is in progress.
How can I check if someone else is printing from my computer?
You can also check to see if anyone else has been printing from your computer without your permission. Viewing your print queue allows you to see the document that you’re about to print. This comes in handy if you think you’ve accidentally sent the wrong file to your print queue.
Is there a way to check the print history of a document?
If you want a complete log of all recently printed documents, you’re out of luck. You can’t count on your printer’s queue for this. But luckily, there’s a workaround.
