How much does an Onkyo m-5010 stereo amplifier cost?
Considering that the M-5010 has a street price of only $249, can be daisy chained to other amps, is 4ohm stable (could hook up 4 8ohm speakers), and has a volume control and 12v trigger, we think it would be a great companion to an AVR lacking amplified zone 2 outputs.
Are there any HDMI issues with Denon receivers?
Read on to find out how. In October 2020 Audioholics reported an HDMI issue between select Denon & Marantz receivers and latest Xbox gaming consoles. Sound United responded with a hardware fix for 4K/120Hz and 8k/60Hz support.
What kind of jacks are in the Onkyo m-5010?
Flipping to a rear view of the Onkyo, you’ll find a fairly basic set of connections: standard RCA jacks for line input and output (the outputs allow for daisy chaining), 12V trigger input and output, and an ordinary set of binding posts which appear to offer adequate spacing.
How do I connect my Denon to my TV?
In the past, I would select game on the Denon and the tv would display the Xbox game or I would select DVD and the tv would display what is in the DVD player and all sound would play via the external floor speakers. The devices are all connected via HDMI cables and the speakers via the speaker clips or whatever they are called. 🙂

Please post in our FMtuners group if you have any information about any of them.
