EE is for entry error, it sounds like its a proprietary panel. Usually there was a company name on the front bottom left of these panels. What company is on yours? It may require a special code from that company to change those fields.

Thanks for the reply. Both panels show “Honeywell”. Labels in the panels look identical to other LYNX panels I have. The numbers on the main board and micro-controller different though. It seems odd to me the phone numbers for the monitoring station and subscriber information cannot be accessed.
