Is the Harman Kardon AVR 154 HDMI pass through?

The AVR 154 is a 5.1-channel AV receiver with HDMI 1.3a pass-through. Now, some of you may be yelling, “No upscaling, no good.” I’d like to remind you that, for under $400, you’re not going to find 1080p upscaling on any receiver – sorry.

What kind of Eq does Harman AVR 154 have?

The AVR 154 does not feature Harman’s EzSet/EQ system and thank God, for it has to be one of the worst auto EQs I’ve ever been forced to use. I’d rather have no EQ than EzSet.

Is the AVR 154 compatible with HDMI inputs?

The fact that the AVR 154 has HDMI inputs, let alone the most current version, is sort of shocking. The AVR 154 supports nearly every Dolby and DTS codec minus the current uncompressed TrueHD and Master Audio formats. Again, look at the price before getting too worked up.

Which is better AVR 354 or AVR 154?

Now, I’m not suggesting the AVR 154 is better or even competes with the AVR 354 or costlier completion.

Which is Harman Kardon 5.1 channel home theater receiver?

The Harman Kardon AVR-154 5x30W 5.1-channel home theater receiver is a powerful little receiver at a reasonable price. This 5.1-Channel A/V receiver includes HDMI™ switching and 150 watts (30 watts x 5 channels) to put you into the middle of the action of your favorite movie. It is affordably priced and full-featured.

Can you use an iPod with a Kardon avr-154?

The iPod is a great way to take your favorite songs anywhere, but you can also use it along with the Harmon Kardon AVR-154 to fill your home with music. Just connect a stereo mini-cable to your iPod or other MP3 player, and then plug the other end into to the auxiliary jack of the AVR-154.
