What do I do when my Foxtel says no signal?
Refresh the signal cable
- Trace the signal cable from the back of the box to the Foxtel wallplate.
- Loosen the signal cable(s) on the wallplate by turning it to the left, and then re-tighten by turning it to the right.
- Follow the signal cable to the back of the box and loosen and re-tighten the cable here as well.
Why is my WiFi not connecting to Foxtel?
You may be experiencing issues if your Foxtel WiFi Modem isn’t set up correctly. Unplug the grey connection cable from the DSL port on the back of your Foxtel WiFi Modem, then plug it back in. Unplug the other end of the grey connection cable from your telephone wall socket, then plug it back in.
