I just purchased the Swann DVR8-5580, and on the “system” and “channel information “ page, all 4 cameras say that the PIR DETECTION is not supported. The cameras have the siren and spotlight feature, which I cannot activate or set up. PLEASE HELP

What are the main features of the Swann system?
The perimeter intrusion is the main feature I want to use. I can only use on 1 camera. Helpppppp swann. Hi. I have the exact same issue with my 8 camera system.
