Is the JK series compatible with other Aiphone stations?
The JK Series stations are not compatible with other intercom stations from Aiphone. All compatible door and sub master stations must contain the prefix of “JK”, ex. JK-DV. What type of wire is used with the JK Series?
What’s the difference between the JK 1MED and jk-1md?
The difference is that the JK-1MED will take and store a snapshot from every call it receives, and the JK-1MD will not. However, they are compatible with the same door stations, submaster stations, and accessories. Note that the JK-1MED is the current version of the product and the JK-1MD is discontinued.
Why does my jk-1md Aiphone keep fogging up?
18. When the outside temperature lowers sharply after rainfall, etc., the inside of the video door station may fog up slightly and cause the video image to be blurry, but this is not a malfunction. Normal operation will be restored when moisture evaporates.
