What should crossover distance be for Atmos speakers?

The crossover was set at 150hz which sounds right and the distance for each is about half a foot larger than the speakers they’re on top of. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I already ran audyssey and have them all at those levels.

I’m playing 4k discs via my Xbox One S. I’ve got 2 Kef Atmos speakers as part of my setup at the front wired into my RX-V781. Even though I select Dolby Atmos in the disc menu, the Amp reports Dolby TrueHD in the display on the front.

Why is Atmos not shown on the display?

Atmos is not shown on the display unless the receiver is receiving it and if shown on the display then Atmos will be what it is playing. DTHD refers to the Dolby TrueHD base audio that the Atmos metadata was conveyed with.

Why is my Yamaha Atmos receiver not working?

It is usually best to put the receiver in STRAIGHT mode if wanting to access either Atmos or DTS:X audio. Certain SURROUND DECODER modes and all DSP Programs will have the effect of making the receiver ignore any Atmos or DTS:X metadata. STRAIGHT effectively bypasses such modes and programs and prevents them from interferring with the soundtrack.
