What to do if your Denon receiver keeps shutting off?
The Denon manual is no help, and neither is there web site FAQ. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The first thing to check for something like that is stray strands of wire at the receiver. Disconnect and reconnect each wire.

Receivers have an auto shutoff if it detects overload. It could be one of the speakers with a blown or crook driver (usually the tweeter) See if disconnecting a speaker one by one will reveal the culprit. Can test a tweeter if its blown by moving your hand over it. If there’s no change in sound then its blown.
