WiFi, Bluetooth, Ethernet is all dead, diagnostics show an error. I can’t connect on any of those network options at all. The unit has to be sent back to be serviced, but because they can’t identify what’s wrong with it, I get the same issue on it’s return.

EDIT: This is probably going to be an issue in the coming months for anyone using HEOS as in some cases all network activity will be killed off when you use the HEOS app when it prompts you to update. That means no WiFi, no Bluetooth and no Ethernet. Diagnostics will show a failure in router access and your IP will show as 0.0.0.0.

My problem is that I have a Dynaudio Sub500 connected to a Denon 3806 and there is no sound coming out of the subwoofer. I have checked and verified to ensure that all connections are properly connected….RG59 cable running from receiver sub out to input for LFE on subwoofer.

Why is my Denon AVR x2100w not Bluetooth compatible?
The receiver’s Bluetooth is not discoverable. The firmware is up to date. I tried turning the receiver off and back on, and hard resetting my phone and iPad and still can’t discover the receiver’s Bluetooth. Anyone encounter the same problem or have a fix for this? Is there a way to restore my Denon Marantz?
Denon/Marantz screwed up royally with their firmware. My Maranz NR1608 also had its network killed and I have managed to restore it by downgrading the firmware. I have found the instructions on this page (info in the left nav): Find Answers

Manual says that a firmware update messes with network configuration, so if an update fails then wifi network can possibly not be available anymore. So before reset, you may try an ethernet connection.
