Receivers have an auto shutoff if it detects overload. It could be one of the speakers with a blown or crook driver (usually the tweeter) See if disconnecting a speaker one by one will reveal the culprit. Can test a tweeter if its blown by moving your hand over it. If there’s no change in sound then its blown.

What happens when I Turn Off my receiver?
The receiver shut off after a few seconds and the standby light is blinking. All my speakers have plugs on the ends so there are no wires showing . I checked and nothing is touching together.
