Why does my Bose Companion 5 go to sleep?
I just got new Bose Companion 5 speakers, which sound great. But they tend to go to “sleep” often. If no sound plays from them for a few hours, it’ll go into “sleep” mode, which means the systems is on mute. Then if I play music, the speakers don’t “wake up,” and I’ll have to touch the touch control thing to wake them up.

Unplug the power directly at the back of the woofer while the unit is on; Plug the power cable back into the woofer. Result: Your Control Pod Works Perfectly! Yup, sound about right. Happy with my first “Real” setup!
