Why does my home receiver keep shutting off?

Here’s another weird thing, The 1123k seems to have an issue with just that SURROUND RIGHT CHANNEL but when I unplug the SURROUND LEFT and setup the MCACC the calibration works and the 1123k does not turn off, simply gives me a SURROUND LEFT error because nothing was plugged in.
