Why does my Polk sound bar keep turning off?

Polk sound bar both for TV and bluetooth randomly and often just turns off. What do I do. That usually means the strength of the incoming signal is too low to prevent the automatic on/off feature from being triggered. The solution is increase the level of whatever is providing the source signal.

I believe the only thing you can try is to after switching off the AC power selectors on the soundbar and the subwoofer, then unplug the power supplies for both. Wait a few minutes then re-plug the power supplies and switch the AC selectors on.
