Why does my receiver Say overload?
Overloads are usually caused by too much heat. Does the receiver have plenty of breathing room? Also make sure the speaker wires aren’t shorting and making good connections. Try setting all your speakers to small (if they aren’t already).

Why is my Yamaha rx-a740 not working?
Frustrated I went out and bought a new receiver, Yamaha RX-A740 which has both wired and wifi built in. Issue still happening via it’s wireless and ethernet connection. Also have to note that the network dropout occurs on both receivers when I stream music using Apple Airplay via my laptop.
