Why does safe eject fail to dismount?
While the reality is that it Will try to eject the drive (ie dismount) but fail if anything is in use. Most likely this happens when you try to eject it right away is because something is scanning the drive, such as Anti-virus or Windows Explorer. If you wait a few minutes, you should be able to eject it.
