All other caps appeared fine and there were no exploded or burned components, so a simple replacement looked like all that was required.

How do you remove logic board from Panasonic?

So unplug logic and amp, unscrew power in socket and unscrew the board to remove it. Except it won’t come out – there is a one-time press fit clip that holds the board and its insulation shield to the chassis. A chisel and hammer cut the flat head off that (on the outside of the chassis) and the board was free.
