Why is my Panasonic pt670 not powering up?
i have a SA-PT670 that will not power up. When you hit the power button the relay will cycle and nothing will happen. Hit the power bottom again and same thing. I then have to recycle power to the unit and it will allow power to cycle the relay again. I have confirmed both fuses to be good as far as I know.

What to do if your Panasonic Viera won’t turn on?
After at least the 60 seconds plug the tv in and try to start it. If it works great if not , hold the power button in the on position for a count of 20 with the tv plugged in . If theres still no Joy try power with one of your volume buttons at the same time . One of these should provide a hard reset for the tv.

What should the voltage be on a Panasonic pt660?
All I see is a 2 x .25″ solder band on the underside of the capicator. Also, a post with a + sign. With the meter set to DCV, red testprod to + leg of capacitor and black testprod to – leg. Expected voltage would be around 170V.
