Try different phones to re pair cameras, but all stuck in pairing loop. Swann support claim problem comes from camera ID change after firmware update and the developer are working on it. To be fair, the floodlight cameras was working perfect before the update and even scare away a few suspicious characters with the siren when it WAS working.

Can you transfer from safe by Swann to Swann security?
Being asked to transfer across from the ‘Safe by Swann’ app to ‘Swann Security’ however multiple model cameras (SWWHD-OUTCAM and SWWHD-INTCAM-AU) will not re-pair. My cameras are old enough that there is no QR code but can easily enter the Mac Address which confirms their availability.
