ADT home security systems work with approved VoIP phone services. To qualify, ADT requires that a VoIP service is a Qualified Managed Facility Voice Network, or MFVN. If your VoIP phone service does not qualify, you can purchase an ADT system that’s compatible with cellular wireless technology.
